To be eligible for our guarantee, the following criteria must be met:
- Email addresses must be used for emailing within 24 hours of verification.
- Only email addresses classified as Deliverable are eligible.
- Any bounce must be caused specifically by an invalid or non existent email address. Bounces resulting from factors such as poor sender reputation, server misconfiguration, or temporary mail server issues are excluded.
- Email addresses must come from your own opt in email list collected directly by you.
