• Circumvent or breach authentication, encryption, or access controls.

2.4. Harmful or Malicious Activity

• Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Host or distribute content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Engage in phishing, spoofing, or social engineering schemes.
• Conduct or promote denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.

2.5. Content Restrictions

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Discriminatory, hateful, or harmful content based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Defamatory or otherwise abusive content.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive material.

3. System and Network Security

Users are prohibited from interfering with or attempting to compromise the security of our systems or networks. This includes:

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of systems without authorisation.
• Breaching or attempting to breach security or authentication measures.
• Overloading or flooding any network or service (including our API endpoints).

Any such activity may result in immediate termination and notification to law enforcement.

4. Use of Email Validation and Finder Services

• Avoid uploading sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial information, or health records.
• Use validation results only for legitimate, permission based communication.
• Comply with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction and the data subject’s jurisdiction.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in account suspension and/or data deletion.

5. Resource Usage and Fair Use

• Do not use the services in a way that unreasonably consumes bandwidth, CPU, or API resources.
• Avoid excessive API requests or automated scraping.

We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or suspend usage if activity threatens platform stability.

6. Reporting Violations

We encourage users and third parties to report suspected AUP violations.

• Date and time of incident
• Evidence (headers, IPs, logs, screenshots)

We investigate all credible reports promptly and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement and Remedies

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, POSEBEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP may:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately.
• Block access to our Services or APIs.
• Remove any violating data or content.
• Report violations to regulatory authorities or affected third parties.
• Pursue legal remedies, including damages or injunctions.

We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our sole discretion.

8. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and anti spam laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted at www.gamalogic.com/Acceptable-Use-Policy/ with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
