This Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure (“Disclosure”) describes how POSEBEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“Gamalogic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles, stores, and uses data obtained from Google APIs, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use requirements.

1. Scope

This Disclosure applies to all data obtained through:

  • Google OAuth 2.0 authorization
  • Google API Services such as Gmail API, Google Contacts API, Google Workspace APIs, or other Google integrations used by our platform

By using our Services or authorizing our application to access your Google account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy.

2. Data Accessed

Depending on the permissions you grant, Gamalogic may access the following types of Google user data:

  • Email metadata (e.g., sender, recipient, subject line, timestamp)
  • Contact or profile information (e.g., name, email address, organization, title)
  • Basic account information (e.g., user ID, email, profile photo)
  • Read only access to Gmail message headers (if required for validation or integration)

We only request the minimum necessary scopes needed to deliver specific features of our services.

3. Purpose of Data Use

  • Verifying email addresses and validating sender reputation
  • Preventing spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity
  • Enhancing user experience and integration with Google accounts
  • Enabling secure login and account management through Google OAuth

We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or building unrelated user profiles.

4. Compliance with Google’s Limited Use Policy

  • We do not allow human access to Google user data except when:
    • Required by applicable law
    • Explicitly authorized by the user
    • Needed for security, compliance, or system maintenance (e.g., debugging).
  • Data access is restricted and logged to prevent unauthorized use.

5. Data Storage and Retention

  • We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
  • Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted from our systems.
  • Temporary data (e.g., OAuth tokens or API responses) is not stored permanently unless required for ongoing service delivery.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory authorities
  • To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights and users
  • With trusted sub processors who provide infrastructure or security services under written confidentiality agreements

7. User Control and Revocation

You can manage or revoke our app’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.

Upon revocation:

  • Our system immediately loses access to your Google data.
  • Cached or stored data (if any) is deleted within 30 days.

  • Role based access control (RBAC) for internal systems
  • Routine vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

9. Third-Party Services

Certain integrations may use third-party APIs to support infrastructure or analytics. These providers do not have access to Google user data unless required for lawful operational purposes under strict data protection agreements.

10. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Disclosure periodically to reflect changes in our Google API integrations or Google’s policies. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
