This Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Policy describes how POSEBEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“Gamalogic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manages requests from individuals (“data subjects”) who wish to exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws

  • All Gamalogic platforms, systems, and services, including our website (www.gamalogic.com), APIs, and SaaS applications.

4. Submitting a DSAR

You can submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) through any of the following channels:

Required Information:

  • Description of your request (e.g., access, deletion, correction)
  • Any supporting documentation to verify your identity

5. Identity Verification

To protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access, we require proof of identity before fulfilling any DSAR.

We may request:

  • A valid government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
  • Proof of email ownership or domain verification (for business users)

If the request is submitted by an authorized representative, we will also require signed authorization from the data subject and identification for both parties.

6. Response Timeframe

  • 30 days (as per GDPR), or

If additional time is required due to complexity or volume of requests, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 30 days, as permitted by law.

7. Processing Your Request

Once your DSAR is verified, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your request
  • Review and locate relevant data in our systems
  • Determine applicable legal grounds and retention requirements
  • Provide a secure response containing:
    • A copy of your personal data, if applicable
    • An explanation of processing activities, categories, and recipients
    • Confirmation of deletion or rectification, if requested and approved

All data shared with you will be transmitted securely using encryption or password protected files.

8. Grounds for Refusal

  • We cannot verify your identity
  • The request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive
  • Disclosure would adversely affect the rights or freedoms of others
  • Certain exemptions apply (e.g., legal obligations, fraud prevention, or public interest)

If we deny your request, we will explain the reason and provide information about how to appeal the decision.

9. Fees

Most DSARs are processed free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee if:

  • The request is excessive or repetitive
  • Additional copies of the same data are requested

10. Data Retention

We retain DSAR related records (requests, responses, and verification data) for 12 months after completion, as required for legal and audit purposes. This data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
