6. Customer Data

• You retain full ownership of your Customer Data.
• We act as a data processor under your instructions.
• We may use anonymized data for service improvements and analytics.

7. Fees and Payment

• Fees are defined in the pricing section of our website.
• Payments are due as per invoice or online checkout.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not use Services to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Do not upload malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or system interference.
• Do not violate any applicable laws or rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
